On behalf of the company, I am pleased to introduce you to HELISTAR CAMBODIA, and to offer my vision of the company.
The company was founded in September 2009. Its head office is located at Canadia Tower, Building 315, 17th Floor, Monivong Blvd., Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
Helistar Cambodia is the leading commercial helicopter operator in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The company holds an Air Operator Certificate issued by State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA), meeting standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The company has a stringent safety policy adopting world’s best practices. We employ qualified pilots who have accumulated extensive experience of Cambodian flight operations, terrain, flight paths and safe landing locations. Helistar Cambodia is dedicated to excellence and progressive expansion. The company takes maximum precautionary measures in order to deliver safe and efficient services at all times.
Helistar Cambodia offers commercial helicopter transportation services in global scale to serve the needs of international and domestic companies. We offer a wide range of services including Executive Transportation, Aerial Photography, Aerial Advertising, Seismic Support, Load Lifting, Medevac Services and Tourist Flights.
With a support team from Flight Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance & Safety, Ground Support and Admin Staff, it allows Helistar Cambodia to operate 7 days a week to all parts of Cambodia from our bases in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Our qualified engineers who have built extensive experience with Airbus Helicopter, ensure that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are done according to manufacturer’s guidelines and Comply with SSCA regulations (CCAR Part 6: AMO Approval) to insure the safety of our helicopters and our passengers.
